JBS Academy is a people development institute which has started with Logistics training. The initial mission is to develop a generation of well-trained Logisticians with a global vision. As time progresses other facets of people development shall be added. Logistics, itself in India is divided into 12 verticals and the learnings would be immense. 

Founded by the JBS Group, a pioneer in the logistics sector, the academy was initially intended and commenced in 2000 as a platform to enhance the computer skills of the youth in Gujarat. With the constant support of many educationalists, Logistician and social thinkers, JBS Academy was reshaped into a place for advanced studies in Logistics in 2010. Within a short span of 10 years, it has become an institution where academic excellence goes hand in hand with a strong sense of community.
