I am located inside of Royalty Holistic MedSpa and offer permanent makeup services for brows, eyeliner, and lips. PMU Artist since 2016 with multiple certifications. Rachael has been a makeup artist since 2006 but didn’t officially establish her company as an LLC until 2016. The name Royalty by Rachael came from her experience in the pageant world. After winning the title of Miss Texas International in 2014, she decided to add pageant coaching to her repertoire. With pageant coaching and doing makeup for pageants and weddings, Royalty by Rachael was born. Now Rachael’s main focus is permanent makeup and skincare, but she does still do event hair and makeup on occasion.
