We are extremely beyond grateful for Shax Family’s (Vitali and Mr. Alex) integrity, honesty, hard work, exemplary work ethic, punctuality, expertise and knowledge and GENUINE care and concern for us, their clients!! Vitali and Mr. Alex are considered family to us!! They both went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND the extra mile in helping us! We were sad and extremely disappointed with our stone countertop fabricator contractor who kept delaying our kitchen and bathroom’s completion for over a month, however, Vitali’s genuine KINDNESS and CONCERN shone through when he reached out to our family amidst Vitali’s busy schedule, educating us about contract law, licensing and the CLB and options we may take to rectify our issues with the countertop contractor. Vitali even offered to talk to the negative stone fabricator and Vitali offered to help us obtain our $1500 deposit from the problem fabric contractor!! It touched our hearts ❤️ and brings us to tears how Vitali cared for us, his clients, when we were being taken advantage of by a different contractor!! We are forever grateful! SHAX FAMILY is genuinely caring, LOOKS OUT for their clients, works so hard even on weekends and the evenings if they need to! They helped us out so much, going the extra mile doing a lot of extra things to help us meet our deadline in time for the other contractors to do their work!! SHAX family installed our bathroom vanity, baseboards, cabinet fillers, sawed down our winDow sill for stone to fit under the structure, fixed and perfectly cut our toe kicks (that was wrongly installed by a different contractor) so that our oven would fit, cut our kitchen cabinet so that a stone waterfall can be installed. SHAX Family are AMAZING and WONDERFUL!! If we ever win the lottery, in a heartbeat, we will purchase a mansion for Vitali and his father. America needs more Vitali’s and Alex’s!! Shax Family OUTPERFORMED ALL the contractors we’ve ever hired in our twenty years!! They also clean up very well unlike some other contractors. They worked so hard until the evening especially during the demolition of our kitchen cabinets and countertops! The kitchen looked so empty and clean when they finished! - They also did a thorough, clean and punctual demolition of our kitchen and both bathrooms. - They leveled the 2nd floor bedroom floor and installed Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVP). - They installed a marble mosaic border transition between the kitchen and living room. - Installed marble fabric blinds, cabinet pulls, toe kicks, baseboards, etc. A HUGE THANK YOU to you both!!
